About the Role This role will support our ANZ branches in the maintenance, authorization, and control of all fleet assets. You will manage vendor relationships, oversee insurance renewals, handle traffic citations and accidents, and ensure accurate billing for fleet services.
Duties & Responsibilities include: Developing strong relationships with key vendors in Australia and New Zealand. Maintaining an accurate record of current vehicles, including driver details, VINs, and operating hours. Coordinating repairs and maintenance with branches. Recommending vehicle disposal when they become uneconomical. Processing registrations, insurance, fuel cards, tolls, and fines. Ensuring quality control for delivered vehicles and addressing supplier issues. Executing other duties as assigned by management. About You Some post-secondary education in business administration is an asset but not required. Problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations; evaluate options and select and act upon the best solution. Good working knowledge of MS Office. Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract are required. Detail oriented and able to multi-task. Good interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills.
