Newly created role in Council's diverse Fleet Department! 35-hour workweek with a monthly rostered day off! Salary ranging from $82,708 to $96,119 plus 11% superannuation  THE OPPORTUNITY The Fleet Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning and coordination of all maintenance and repairs of Council Fleet Assets in the Dubbo and Wellington workshop facilities. The Fleet Maintenance Planner manages the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Council's Fleet telematics system, in addition to fleet data analysis and reporting for continual improvement.  DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop monthly preventative maintenance schedules, work programs and service regimes Manage and track parts requirements, job card progress, labour capacity, third party services and other resources Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, external suppliers, and different levels of the organisation Maintain relevant paperwork and databases Monitor and analyse maintenance data and trends, and provide recommendations to the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator Supervise and motivate your teams in both Dubbo and Wellington ABOUT YOU You are a highly organised, team player who continually shows positive leadership and looks for positive ways to contribute to team culture. You have relevant qualifications supplemented with management qualifications and experience. You pride yourself on your leadership and customer service skills, and have a solutions focus.
