The Opportunity – 12 Month Fixed Term ContractWe have an exciting opportunity for a 12-month temporary placement due to an employee going on parental leave. Based at our Head Office in Thomastown, we are looking for a Fleet and Facilities Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Group Property and Facilities Manager, this role will involve efficiently and effectively organizing and coordinating the operational management of vehicle lease agreements for the Fleet, as well as providing administrative support for national property/facilities billing and environmental data across the Coventry Group companies in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will possess strong administrative and organisational skills and will have the opportunity to complete a handover with the current employee before they go on leave.
ResponsibilitiesAs the Fleet and Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Monitoring the property inbox for monthly rental and facilities invoicing, ensuring invoices are coded for approval.Maintaining the national property database, Nomos One.Providing project administration for relocations and national facilities service rollouts.Liaising directly with service providers to resolve billing queries and any cost discrepancies in a timely manner.Conducting ongoing maintenance and reviews of current and potential service providers.Preparing monthly fleet reporting.Managing the company fleet (Vehicles and Forklifts) program across multiple business units.Why Work for UsWe are a solutions-based business with a strong focus on our people.
