Fleet Coordinator

We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team to support the collection fleet team in day-to-day operations to maximize our profitability.
Responsibilities include:Support collection/fleet team in day-to-day operationsReceive and dispatch pickup requests from the sales teamFollow up on collectors to ensure quick, timely pickupsMonitor the route and status of collectors to coordinate and prioritize their scheduleSupport and provide collectors with information about requests, traffic, obstacles, and requirementsAssist with finding new suppliers & 3PLsAssist in ensuring all vehicles and collectors are abiding by HSE and legal requirementsWork closely with the maintenance team to ensure all vehicles are up to standards and are regularly checkedAssist in vehicles and collectors brandingAssist in monitoring the collectors' performance and in deploying a proper bonuses and fines systemHandle and resolve complaints concerning collectors, and communicate with CS and account management teamsAssist in developing training and onboarding materials for collectorsMinimum Requirements:1-3 years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role.Project management and leadership experience.Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.Strong people management and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong problem-solving and time management skills.Detail-oriented.Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel.Preferable 6th of October Resident.
