Reporting to the WA Fleet Supervisor, you will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of the fleet operation, oversight of tanker truck R&M activities, and leading a driver group across a multi-depot region.Key responsibilities:Plan and coordinate fleet movementsEnsure fleet is operating efficiently and profitablyCustomer service & manage customer inventoryManage driver inductions, medicals and other administrative requirementsProvide operational information and directions to driversManage administrative aspects of tanker truck compliance activitiesMonitor HSSE processes and practices of the driver groupEnsure that Ampol complies with all applicable laws and regulationsAbout you:You are a team player with a positive attitude and can resolve complex issues on the go.
You have high attention to detail and have demonstrated the ability to develop and engage internal and external stakeholder relationships.Key skills and experience:Previous scheduling of a trucking fleet is highly desirableUnderstand the Perth metro and Southwest regionAbility to work in a team and autonomouslyUnderstanding of West Australian fatigue management regulationsDangerous goods handling experience is desirableFlexibility to travel to Picton (using a company car) once a weekOur total remuneration is competitive.
