Reporting to the Fleet Supervisor, you will primarily be responsible for the compliance administration supporting Central QLD Depots. This includes ensuring our compliance requirements meet relevant legislation, fatigue standards, fleet maintenance, training compliance, and relief to the Fleet Supervisor.Key responsibilities:Ensure fleet is operating efficiently and profitablyCustomer service & manage customer inventoryManage driver inductions, medicals and other administrative requirementsProvide operational information and directions to driversManage administrative aspects of tanker truck compliance activitiesMonitor HSSE processes and practices of the driver groupEnsure that Ampol complies with all applicable laws and regulationsRelief to the Fleet Supervisor to plan and coordinate fleet movementsAbout you:You are a team player with a positive attitude and can resolve complex issues on the go. You have high attention to detail and have demonstrated the ability to develop and engage internal and external stakeholder relationships.Key skills and experience:Understand the Central QLD regionAbility to work in a team and autonomouslyUnderstanding of relevant fatigue management regulationsDangerous goods handling experience is desirablePrevious scheduling of a trucking fleet is highly desirableOur total remuneration is competitive.
