About the role As the Fleet Coordinator at Coles Group, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of our store and centralised fulfillment transport fleet. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating operations between store teams, delivery personnel, and suppliers to ensure the fleet's safety and compliance with all regulatory standards. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organisational skills and strong communication abilities to facilitate effective collaboration across various stakeholders. You will be instrumental in optimising fleet operations, addressing logistical challenges, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery services, all while maintaining the highest safety standards. About you and your skills Experience with supplier management and negotiation, issue resolution/problem-solving. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to analyse problems and resolve through issue management and stakeholder management. Strong understanding of Safety and Regulatory requirements in conjunction with managing on-road fleet assets. Stakeholder Management. Experience translating large and complex data sets into meaningful insights and actions. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of key cost lines for last mile and how to influence them. A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both customer and the business.
