Due to growth we are looking for an experienced Fleet Controller to join the team with interviews to commence immediately
This position can be based out of Somerton or West Melbourne
You will have:
5+ years experience in a similar position
SAP experience
The ability to problem solve & work under pressure within a busy transport environment
Excellent time management skills
The ability to work independently and within a team
A high level of customer service
Ability to grow with the business and be company focused
Responsibilities include:
Allocating drivers, company and sub-contractor fleet
Monitoring plant equipment and working with insurance providers
Prepare, generate, and monitor monthly reports
Asset management
Planning and allocating pickup and delivery tasks to ensure all pickups and deliveries are completed in accordance with customer and legislative requirements.
Liaising with customers with a focus on a high level of customer service
Problem solving of delivery issues
