The Role: · Lead and Support Drivers : Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of drivers to ensure optimal performance and high morale.
· Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with operations, customer service, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
· Problem Solving: Address on-the-road issues as they arise, ensuring timely solutions that minimize disruption.
· Compliance and Safety: Support the team to ensure we all adhere to legal regulations and safety standards.
· Customer Support: Communicating with internal and external customers to build relationships and ensure clarity around pick up or delivery requirements.

Qualifications What You Bring: · A minimum of 1-year previous experience as a Fleet Controller or a similar role within the transport industry · Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· A focus on safety and efficiency.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
