Job Description Fleet and Facilities Coordinator

Location – Flexible - any office in Brisbane/Gippsland (hybrid on-site options)
Contract Type: Permanent Full Time
Reporting to our Chief Financial Officer, the Fleet and Facilities Coordinator (FFC) is primarily responsible for the timely coordination and provision of fleet and facilities across Workways.

About the Role
To support and assist in the coordination of Workways owned and leased assets Coordinate tenant and internal service requests Provide excellent client service to Workways' employees and key external stakeholders requiring responsive property and asset management Ensure contractual, statutory, compliance and operational requirements for facilities, fleet and assets are met About You
Experience in facility and fleet management of a geographically dispersed portfolio Proven contract negotiation skills and project management experience Demonstrated experience in managing areas of major risk to the organisation including contract, contractor, facilities and budget management Ability to develop strong professional relationships, both internally at all levels of an organisation, and externally with key stakeholders Demonstrated experience in coordinating building maintenance and repairs What We Offer You
