Fleet and Facilities Coordinator

Contract Type: Permanent Full Time
Reporting to our Chief Financial Officer, the Fleet and Facilities Coordinator (FFC) is primarily responsible for the timely coordination and provision of fleet and facilities across Workways.

About The Role: Support and assist in the coordination of Workways owned and leased assets.Coordinate tenant and internal service requests.Provide excellent client service to Workways' employees and key external stakeholders requiring responsive property and asset management.Ensure contractual, statutory, compliance, and operational requirements for facilities, fleet, and assets are met.About You: Experience in facility and fleet management of a geographically dispersed portfolio.Proven contract negotiation skills and project management experience.Demonstrated experience in managing areas of major risk to the organisation including contract, contractor, facilities, and budget management.Ability to develop strong professional relationships, both internally at all levels of an organisation, and externally with key stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in coordinating building maintenance and repairs.What We Offer You: Competitive salary, enhanced by salary packaging benefits increasing your take-home pay up to $15,900 per year.Option to have one day off per month.Employee Assistance program including support for immediate family members.Ability to obtain discounted private health insurance.Access to discounts for everyday purchases.A supportive team environment committed to making a difference in the communities we live and work in.How To Apply:
