You'll collaborate with everyone from Bulk Transport Drivers and Transport Team Leaders to Planners and Customers, all working towards one goal: delivering exceptional service. What You'll Do: Ensure deliveries are made safely, on time, and within all regulatory and Cement Australia's Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards.Coordinate the delivery of our products with agility, solving problems as they arise to hit delivery targets.Maximize the efficiency of our fleet, ensuring no load arrives late without proactive customer communication.Monitor customer stock levels and keep them informed to support their operations.Provide outstanding customer service, helping us achieve Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets and drive customer satisfaction.What You Bring: Previous experience in Fleet Allocations or scheduling, with a desire to further hone these skills.A passion for problem-solving and the ability to communicate clearly with both colleagues and customers.A knack for multi-tasking and thriving under pressure – our business moves fast, and so do you!Experience or interest in the cement or concreting industry (a plus, but not essential).Enthusiasm to work a day shift pattern and take ownership of your role.Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office and ERP tools like SAP.A positive, team-first mindset, ready to collaborate and build strong relationships across the business.What We Offer: Day shifts – enjoy a structured work schedule with Monday to Friday hours (10 am - 7 pm) and every second Saturday (6 am - 12 pm).A close-knit, supportive team that's fun, friendly, and committed to helping you succeed.Genuine, approachable managers who have your back.Free onsite parking, making your commute hassle-free.About us: An icon of the Australian cement industry, Cement Australia is the nation's leading supplier of cementitious products and services.
