About the role We are currently seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our Select Plant Australia team at the Malaga Depot in Perth, WA.
Key responsibilities Fuel Card processing - new requests, maintenance requests and reporting Update and maintain all In-VehicleManagementSystem (IVMS) data Management of E-tags and vehicle recalls Accounts payable and receivable duties (Purchase orders, invoicing, opening/closing job cards) Other administration duties as required by the Fleet Coordinator and Senior Fleet Administrator About you You will be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced role with changing priorities. Strong administration experience with intermediate to advanced level MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and efficient alpha/numerical data entry skills. Previous experience within the hire industry in a procurement/purchasing or administrative function will be highly regarded. Good communication skills, both written and verbal and professional phone manner. Able to work as part of a team, but also autonomously when required. A diplomatic yet tenacious approach to generate and maintain sustainable working relationships and complete all tasks when due.
