We have a full-time position for a Fleet Administrator in Brisbane (Stypylton), Queensland. Role Summary Reporting to the National Manager, Operations, the Fleet Administrator will be responsible for coordinating, servicing and maintenance with external vendors, managing our fleet inventory and performing inspections among other duties.
Ideal Candidate Statement This role will require administrative work indoors as well as inspection work outdoors in all weather. Our fleet assets include rentable and leasable relocatable modular structures.
Duties and Responsibilities: Updating stocklist & maintaining building codes for projects Issuing POs for associated service work on the units Managing and updating transport calendar Completing In/Out inspections, ensuring accuracy of documentation & completing reports in PowerBI Generating invoices for damaged buildings & following up on chargebacks Monitoring daily fleet activity; completing updates from spreadsheet to SharePoint Maintaining and organizing unit files; Monthly, quarterly and annual fleet count; Other duties as required. Qualifications: Post-secondary education preferred but not required; Strong computer skills, including MS Office, and attention to detail; Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Experience in lease fleet management or administration a strong asset; Ability to work in both inside (70%) and outside (30%) environments; SAP or ERP system experience preferred, not required; Must be fluent in English both oral and written. Working Conditions: Working inside and outside in all weather conditions A combination of sitting at a desk and standing tasks. Black Diamond International is a business unit of Black Diamond Group.
