Are you ready to drive your career forward in a dynamic fleet management environment?
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Fleet Administration Support, based in Northgate.
In this role, you'll manage day-to-day operations of the RV and motorhome rental fleet across Australia, working closely with branch maintenance teams and repairers to ensure fleet efficiency.
Key tasks include administering the Fleet Repairs inbox, processing invoices, raising purchase orders, and distributing weekly fleet reports, all while ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution across the network.
What You'll Do: Manage day-to-day fleet administration, including raising Purchase Orders (POs) for vendors, parts, and teamsAssist the Assistant Fleet Manager in monitoring and processing admin tasks from the Repairs inboxAdminister vehicle registration processes and create service history documents for ex-rental vehiclesWork closely with Scheduling to manage spare vehicle keys and monitor vehicle buildsCompile data for fleet campaigns, recalls, modifications, and Safe Work Instructions (SOPs)Maintain accurate fleet databases, records, and reports on fleet metricsBuild strong relationships with repairers and vendors to resolve invoicing and parts issuesEnsure effective time management, prioritising changing tasks in a fast-paced environmentWhat You'll Bring: A high school certificate or equivalent (tertiary qualification in Travel and Tourism or Administration is a plus!
)Previous experience in fleet admin support or data processing rolesSome mechanical knowledge or experience would be beneficialStrong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a teamAdvanced computer and organisational skillsAbout Us: We are thl, a global tourism operator and the largest commercial RV rental operator worldwide.
