Fleet Administration Officer

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills:
Minimum Certificate II or III in business/office administrationAbility to work independently and also as part of a teamStrong verbal and written communication skillsDrivers LicenceSolid knowledge of MS ProgramsExcellent time management and prioritisation skillsExcellent attention to detailDuties include (but not limited to):
Supporting the Sales Team as requiredLiaising between departments to ensure smooth crossover of informationCo-ordinating with customers on behalf of the Sales StaffAuditing paperworkStock co-ordinationPreparation of paperwork including invoicing, filing, mailingAssisting customers with enquiriesIf you are interested in joining our team and enjoy working in a busy dedicated and stable environment, this may be the position you are seeking.
