What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Production Supervisor of our new Packing Facility to commence work with us in January 2025.
This is a full-time role perfect for someone wanting to join our busy, growing, and collaborative team.
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the packing functions to ensure relevant KPIs, quality and timeliness of customer orders meets expectations.
What does a day in this role look like?
Management of a group of dedicated team members on the line Managing their hours & performance Coaching and development of the team in their career growth On the line troubleshooting and problem solving Ensuring good quality in packing of our fresh produce Driving the team to support them to reach the targets of the team What you will bring:
High attention to detail Previous experience in machinery operation Success and progress driven Previous experience in a similar capacity Proven and sound experience in leading a team This role will suit someone who is passionate about being successful and growing within the business as Flavorite are proud to help train our teams to further their careers within the business!
