Works shall focus on flange management, torque, tension and machining requirements to Industry and Client Standards & Specifications, whilst maintaining the highest level of HSE and Quality compliance.The position will be based in the Perth office, with the willingness and ability to travel to Client Sites or Offshore Facilities as required for project execution.Main roles and responsibilitiesFlange Management Planning & CoordinationPerform site surveys and reportingProvide Client Technical supportMaintain Joint Integrity work packsAttend Project Meetings & Risk AssessmentsCoordinate on-site execution activities and provide technical support as requiredParticipate in Continuous Improvement working groupsEnsure compliance to Client & Industry standardsEnsure adherence to Score and Client proceduresCommitment to HSEQ excellenceUpholding of Score Values, alwaysDemonstrated knowledge of:Onsite flange machining and repairPrecision measurement practicesTooling & Equipment selectionInterpretation of engineering / process drawingsIndustry standards including ASME B16.5 / B16.47 and PCC-1Resourcing planning and co-ordinationCommon software applicationsQualifications and experienceCurrent Trades qualification in Fitting & Machining / Relevant technical qualification in a similar mechanical discipline / Degree QualifiedFlange Management ExperienceMinimum 2 years Oil & Gas industry experienceKnowledge and skillsAbility to liaise with multi-discipline peers to coordinate work efficientlyCritical thinking and good analytical skills.High Level of attention to detailSelf-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering HSEQ excellence.About UsWith facilities in over thirty locations spanning five continents, Score employs more than 2000 people, including 230 apprentices.
