The Role:
An incredible opportunity has become available due to the businesses expansion. A beautiful new space is being created in Chadstone & we are seeking the best in the business to lead the team, & work closely with the business to continue to drive their top performing location in the country.
Key responsibilities include: Working closely with the Head of Retail to ensure sales budgets, service standards & overall strong boutique performance are being consistently maintained.Lead, inspire, educate & motivate the team to achieve sales budgets & KPIs, so they in turn can achieve their commissions.Communicating effectively to the Head of Retail any recommendations for ongoing improvements & sales opportunities.Provide ongoing coaching & mentoring to team members, so that the team members have the knowledge & resources to perform their operational tasks to the required standard.Support the team and HO in the coordination & selection of customers for upcoming events, as well as reviewing & reporting back the ROI of the events.Attend all in-store brand activations & events to ensure a seamless client experience, always.Analysing client experience evaluations to ensure the consistent delivery of outstanding customer service, to continually raise the bar.The Benefits: Strong remuneration on offer with outstanding Bonus potential.A true career opportunity with a pathway for the next step.The boutique is in the spotlight with many senior executives within the business frequenting this location as their 'go to' boutique.Skills Required: Minimum 5 years experience in a boutique management role in a Luxury Boutique in fashion / footwear / timepieces OR jewelleryStrong business & operational acumenExcellent clienteling ability with the strong foundations of storytelling to educate the team on the sameLeadership: proven coach, mentor & team player who is trusted, professional & approachableGood command of spoken & written EnglishMUST HAVE full AUS work rightsFor any further queries regarding the above, please contact Amelia Hennessy on 0415 583 898, quoting the Job Title and Reference Number RCC3831539.
