Fixed Voice Platform Test Engineer

About the job: Fixed Voice Platform Test EngineerWe are looking for a fixed voice platform test engineer with experience in Ribbon fixed switches. Candidates who have worked at Ribbon Communications or Sonus Networks are preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Testing of Sonus/Ribbon Session Border Controller (SBC), Sonus/Ribbon PSX and GSC, Ribbon C20.Experience working on SIP Protocols and testing SIP voice connecting to PABX.Working with Probes & Analysers and signal generators like Tektronix Iris and Niometrics.Minimum Requirements: 6 to 12 years of industry experience with a telecom background and knowledge.Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in fixed or core mobile network manual/automation testing as a test engineer with lab testing exposure.Comprehensive understanding of internet protocols in data, voice, and video suites.Hands-on experience in design, deployment, or testing of Sonus/Ribbon Session Border Controller (SBC), Sonus/Ribbon PSX and GSC, Ribbon C20.Ability to understand and assess requirements and processes with a problem-solving attitude.Very good understanding of software testing lifecycle, processes, and methodologies.Ability to transfer knowledge to team members and communicate well both orally and in writing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
