If you're ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role where your expertise in fixed asset accounting will be put to the test, we invite you to apply!Key Responsibilities:Maintain the integrity of the Group's fixed asset register, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of transactions, including additions, transfers, depreciation, and disposals.Review existing fixed asset master data and coordinate the aggregation of additional information to enhance data quality.Provide supporting information to finance business partners as required.Prepare and/or review fixed asset data for half-year and year-end reporting.Complete and/or review balance sheet reconciliations for fixed asset accounts, ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards.Manage the completion and reporting of rolling fixed asset stock counts.Ensure the accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of tax fixed asset data.Drive the continual improvement of fixed asset policies, procedures, and automation tools.Manage stakeholder engagement and change management communications.About You:Finance-related tertiary qualification.Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a large corporate environment.Ability to work effectively as a team member and build strong relationships.High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize work to achieve results.Ability to provide clear, succinct, and persuasive verbal and written information.Ability to challenge processes, outcomes, and priorities, and work collaboratively to achieve consensus results.Experience with large ERP systems, preferably SAP.What we offer you:At Aurizon, we support the development and growth of our employees.
