Fitters

Our client is a well-known and highly reputable national provider of high quality services to the mining, energy, industrial and agriculture sectors. Due to growth, we're seeking qualified Fitters to join their team in Singleton either in a Field Service or Workshop capacity. Candidates also with Fitter & Turner, Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, Plant Mechanic or Light Vehicle Mechanic with hydraulic qualifications are welcome to apply.      What we're looking for: Be experienced installation of equipment with the ability for fault finding Preventative/planned maintenance  Experience working on industrial or manufacturing processing/production lines Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic Ability to troubleshoot Assembly and disassembly of components Be a team player with a positive can-do attitude Strong focus and commitment to Safety with the ability to follow Policies and Procedures      Benefits: Full-time permanent position Attractive hourly rate (From $42 to $48 per hour depending experience and qualifications) Monday to Friday 9 day fortnight - Standard hours 6.30am to 3pm Company car As much or as little Overtime available at penalty rates Day shift only, no nights or weekends (Saturday's optional) Call out rates – minimum 4 hours paid at OT rates 10% Mine site allowance for Field Service role Regional allowance between $3-$5 per hour Further training and development including opportunity for Certificate IV in Fluid Power A great team culture    You will be required to conduct a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol test.   If you're looking for a new opportunity with lots of potential, this is the job for you!
