ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking a qualified mechanical fitter for a full-time permanent role reporting to the Supervisor on a 5/2 – 4/3 roster, based in Chinchilla. To be successful in the role, you will be a qualified experienced Mechanical Fitter and have a high work ethic with focus on safety and quality.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Experience in the following: Site maintenance/fixed plant and water treatment experience Valve maintenance Working to a shutdown schedule Water Treatment and Wash Plant Maintenance Reverse Osmosis and Ultra Filtration repairs and change out Flange Management Preventative maintenance Quality driven Positive attitude and self-motivated Forklift, EWP, Scaffolding, Work at Heights, Confined Space and ISI - highly desirable WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
