What you will be doing: Working as a Boilermaker in the Bowen basin region, you'll follow a lifestyle (4/5/5/4) roster with both day and night shifts. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintenance across two CHPPs.
What you will need: Experience in Fixed Plant Maintenance: Prior experience in maintaining fixed plant equipment, including mechanical and structural components, is highly valued and relevant for this role. Current Drivers Licence: Australian-recognized Trade Certificate: Must hold a relevant trade qualification that is officially recognized in Australia. Positive attitude: A positive, proactive mindset is essential, as you'll be working in a team-oriented environment where collaboration and problem-solving are key to success. Strong safety-focused work ethic: A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety in all tasks, ensuring both personal and team well-being. What's in it for you? Competitive Salary: Earn a flat rate of $70 for Day Shifts and $75 for Night Shifts. After 3 months, you can transition to working directly for our client and receive a $1,000 monthly KPI bonus.
