We are a leading manufacturer of high pressure water jetting and pumps, and specialize in explosion protection. Our products are used in a variety of industries including mining, oil and gas, and industrial cleaning. We are currently seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team in our workshop in Perth.


Responsibilities:


Assemble and test high pressure water jetting and pump systems in accordance with specifications and standardsConduct fault diagnosis and repair on pumps, motors, valves and other equipmentPerform preventative maintenance on equipmentWork with other team members to ensure work is completed to a high standardMaintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements:


Trade qualified Fitter with relevant experienceStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsExperience with high pressure water jetting and pump systems is highly desirable, although any mechanical fixed plant equipment experience acceptable.Familiarity with explosion protection equipment is a plusMust be able to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent problemsolving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
