This role will assume responsibility for the efficient and effective servicing of our extensive range of hire equipment and machinery, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high standard of safety at all times. We have a vacancy in Port Lincoln.

Tasks & Duties:Efficiently and safely service and maintain the diverse range of hire equipment at the branch following accepted trade practices standards and according to the Silver Service Maintenance program.Undertake fault finding and diagnostics across a variety of equipment.Conduct compliance inspections on equipment following standards and ensuring safety.Assist in maintaining correct levels and stock of spare parts; identify required parts online and on manuals and order as required.Effectively liaise and interact with customers in handing over equipment and showing how to operate it; obtain feedback from customers when equipment is returned; ensure high standards of customer service and interaction.Keep customers notified and up to date in relation to their equipment service requirements.Professional ExperienceThe individual will have the following experience:
Safety awareness; safety skillsGood verbal communication skillsExceptional customer service skillsMechanical experience in petrol and dieselHydraulicsIntermediate level of computer skillsAbility to work independently & as part of a teamAble to work under pressureQualifications and ExperienceQualified mechanical fitter; trade qualificationsCurrent drivers & forklift licence (desirable)High risk licencesExperience with equipment hire product rangeExperience in workshop or service environmentExperience working on capital equipmentSalary - $80,000 Per Year
