Here's how you'll be a part of our team Attractive hourly rates + penalty rates on overtime Permanent full-time position Monday to Friday roster + after hours call-out roster Fully maintained tool of trade vehicle Duties Based out of the Coates Toowoomba branch, Field Service Mechanics take responsibility for repair of Coates hire equipment and machinery on customer sites.
Duties include: Safe, effective and efficient preventative maintenance, service and overhaul as required.
Deliver a level of trust and commitment to our customers that Coates is the right supplier for the project.
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults across a variety of equipment on site – work on large earthmoving, generators, lighting plants and boom lifts.
Ensure stock levels of spare parts are available to undertake any repair on site.

What You'll Bring To The Role Relevant Trade qualifications.
Experience with petrol and diesel motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical skills.
Effective time management and attention to detail.
Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance skills.
Be able to travel out to and from customer sites.
