FITTER / MACHINIST Burgess Laser Aligning Pty Ltd Full-Time Position Hourly Rate between $70 -$80 Burgess Laser Aligning Pty Ltd, trading as Burgess BLA, is an established engineering company servicing the mining industry throughout Australia and overseas.
We require experienced and qualified persons to fill the above positions for shutdown & workshop work. Previous experience in grinding mills, crusher and large gearbox refurbishment, and various work on rotating equipment would be a distinct advantage. The position requires fitting and assembly of metal parts and subassemblies to fabricate production machines and other equipment.
The ability to be self-managing, highly organised, with excellent communication skills is beneficial.
Position Requirements Excellent attitude towards safety. Current driver's licence. Pass police clearance, medical and drug & alcohol screen. A negotiable pay rate of $60-70 per hour, based on experience/performance.
