ROLE OVERVIEW
As Studio Manager , you will play a crucial role in leading our team to deliver an exceptional member experience while overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the studio. You will drive membership growth and retention while fostering a positive, energetic culture that inspires our members and team. This hands-on, dynamic role combines leadership, coaching, administration, and operational management. The role requires flexibility to meet the demands of the fitness studio environment, which requires availability over early mornings, lunch, evenings, and weekends to support studio operations and special events. Public holidays may also be requested if necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead & Inspire: Deliver exceptional service and coaching across all BFT programs, setting the standard for excellence in both service and studio operations. Drive Growth: Actively contribute to membership growth through effective sales, retention strategies, and promoting the benefits of our programs. Lead by Example: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, service quality, and operational processes to ensure a smooth, welcoming environment for all. Engage & Motivate: Lead our popular 8-Week Challenges and Benchmark Blocks, driving excitement and participation among members. Grow Our Brand: Manage and grow our social media platform to highlight the culture, success stories, and energy of BFT Frankston, engaging potential and current members alike. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
