Fitout Project Manager - Perth

The role: Infracon Australia has been appointed by a medium sized Perth building contractor to search and select a Project Manager as an additional team member due to increased work and strong pipeline.
The Project Manager will run multiple fitout and refurbishment projects with the support of a full time Contract Administrator and a Site Manager per project.The Company: This Head Contractor is highly regarded in the industry with a WA turnover of nearly $50m, 30+ staff and 6 – 9 projects at any given time.
Set up to succeed with good systems, procedures and an impeccable HSEQ record, they work on a variety of new build, refurb and fitout projects.
Sectors include education, heritage, F&B, aviation, leisure, office and retail with projects between $2 – 20m.
They do not build apartments!About you: To be considered for this Project Manager role you will need to meet the following minimum criteria:5+ years recent commercial building experience for Head / Fitout ContractorsExperience in managing both Site Managers and Contract AdministratorsFitout experience on projects $0.5 – 20mIn Perth or enroute within 4 weeksThe right to work in AustraliaSalary guide: $155 – 200k pkg (commensurate with experience) Please submit your resume by clicking on the Apply button below.
