About The Role A Project Manager role at Archway is all about coordinating commercial fitout projects competently and doing all possible with the team to exceed our client's design & delivery expectations.
This role requires you to:
Establish and maintain project timelines. Coordinate & deliver commercial fit-out projects while reporting back to various stakeholders. Work closely with the internal project team and subcontractors. Lead and take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects. Monitor job progress against milestones and keep stakeholders updated weekly through project reporting and PCG meetings. Utilise project management software including Microsoft Project and Procore. About You You love fitout and its unique challenges, and you're used to working in a fast-paced team with tight deadlines. You have experience in the fitout and construction industry and a thorough understanding of construction and project coordination principles. Working with our designers and sales team, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where communication and teamwork are key.

Required Qualifications & Experience: A positive attitude and energetic approach. Minimum of 3 years in a Commercial Fitout Project Management role. Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines, time management skills. A portfolio of commercial projects and a solid work history. Management, client relationship and negotiation skills.
