Desired Skills and ExperienceJob Skill Set Requirements Ability to follow directions wellAbility to work well independentlyAn upbeat and motivating attitudePunctual and organizedRemit Design individual exercise programs for each member based on their exercise experience, medical background, and personal goals.Submit all individual training programs or workout logs, administered to members, to GM for review.Front desk operations when not busy training during the PE @ PF hours (selling memberships, handling cancellations, file maintenance, club tours, info calls, daily cleaning and refilling paper products).Inspect all Matrix and Life fitness equipment for possible malfunctions or damage and report if any are found.Inspect AED equipment.Oil the equipment (once per week).Monitor the "30 min Express" area for people who are using it inappropriately.Experience/Qualifications Certifications: Certificate 3 & Certificate 4 in Fitness.Must provide club with a copy of valid certification or proof you are working toward certification.If not currently certified, you must be certified within two months of hire or risk demotion or termination.Prior supervisory experience preferred or 3-5 years of experience in a similar field.Gym work experience and fitness background preferred.Certifications from an approved and accredited Australian Fitness Provider.Must be currently First Aid & CPR certified or willing to obtain within 3 weeks of employment and provide club with a copy of the certification.Must have your WWC (working with children) certificate/number NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD from employment commencement date.Must have completed a National Police Check certificate.
