About the role Our amazing Next level Gym team are seeking a Fitness Coach / Gym Assistant on a casual basis for our Head Office gym based in Osborne Park. Reporting to the Gym Supervisor, this role will assist the gym team, and clients with a friendly and professional demeanour. This role will include but not be limited to:
Run fitness classes. Coach and provide personal training to MRL employees & family. Create, develop, and review training plans and fitness classes. Assist in group fundraising events. Contribute and identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the facility. We're looking for: Current Certificate III and IV Group fitness and personal training. Current CPR/ AED/ Provide First Aid (or willingness to obtain). Current Working with Children Check (highly regarded) Tertiary qualifications in a related field – desirable. Be able to work as an effective team member working with a diverse group of clients of all levels of fitness and interests. Experience in operating a fitness centre. Experience in developing individual and group training programs. Experience in using fitness centre management software platforms.
