Anytime Fitness Mt Gravatt East is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Club Manager and Membership Consultant. These full-time and part-time roles are located in our Mount Gravatt East area and will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional member experience and growing our vibrant community.
What you'll be doing Overseeing the daily operations and staff management of the fitness centre Driving member engagement, retention and growth through proactive sales and marketing activities Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring member satisfaction Managing budgets, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture Supporting the implementation of new programs, services and facilities What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or sales role within the fitness or sport & recreation industry Strong commercial acumen and business development skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with members and lead a team Passion for health, fitness and customer service Problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously Knowledge of the regulatory requirements for operating a fitness centre What we offer
