Fit Out Project Manager

Looking for a PM with a true flair for Fit Out. A suave contractor with an impressive portfolio of projects up to $5m.
Job description Head office based around Surry Hills/Paddington area Projects range in value from $250k-5m x7 current internal PM teams, looking to expand Dominant player in the market for 15-20 years Impressive portfolio of clients The Contractor Join a renowned and dynamic contractor that competes at the highest level, boasting an impressive portfolio with renowned brands. Currently managing seven project management teams, there is a unique opportunity to join their expanding operational division. This role is ideal for individuals with experience and a passion for high-profile commercial fit-out projects.

The Position
As a Project Manager, you will be deeply involved in early tender processes, programming, and client management, working closely with your Site Manager to deliver projects in collaboration with subcontractors and the site team. You will oversee project financials and drive schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.


Ideal Background Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering A true flair for commercial fit out Strong ability to maintain key client relationships and handle front-end project responsibilities Comprehensive understanding of the local market and established connections with local subcontractors Capability to plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with all stakeholders Effective negotiation and decision-making skills Proficiency in IT, especially Excel and Procore If you are a motivated and skilled professional looking to advance your career in a supportive and innovative environment, we encourage you to apply.
