Job DescriptionAbout the role Our Telwater team is currently looking for Fit Out operators to join the team.
These positions are responsible for multiple fit out tasks across the section including foaming and installing floors, wiring of dash and consoles, installing navigational equipment and engine rigging into our boats.

These are full-time, permanent roles working 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday (40hrs/week), or as per operational requirements.
Desired Skills and ExperienceDuties Include: Wiring and installing of components into our boats.Installing accessories as per customer orders.General labouring duties, cross-training in other sections where required.What we are looking for: Show initiative and willingness to learn.Experience with and knowledge of 12V wiring, or auto electrical experience will be highly regarded.Reliability with great attendance.Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.Good hand and power tool knowledge and experience.Have your own reliable transport and Driver's License.Full Australian working rights.Attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your work.Willingness to learn and develop skills within our boat building operations.Do you want to be valued and rewarded for your hard work?
