First Nations Program Lead - Darling Downs Southwest The Brisbane Broncos are currently seeking a First Nations Program Lead working across the Darling Downs Southwest region.
How you can play a part
The purpose of a First Nations Program Lead is to manage a team of Student Support Officers in addition to ensuring the smooth operation of Mentoring Programs and stakeholder engagement through:
Leading and managing a high performing team – fostering a productive environment, maintaining clear communication, achieving KPIs, etc.
Taking accountability for program delivery within your region.
Building and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitoring and maintaining compliance.
Measuring and reporting on program outcomes.
Identifying risks with programs and opportunities.
Assisting with preparation & delivery of proposals and presentations.
Various ad hoc tasks as required.

To be considered
To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
Previous experience in a leadership role with a proven track record leading a high performing team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand demands from a diverse demographic.
Experience in program coordination, report writing, and delivery.
Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to work through conflicting priorities.
Understanding of issues impacting First Nations communities.
