How You Can Play a Part The Brisbane Broncos are currently seeking a First Nations Program Lead working across the Darling Downs Southwest region.
The purpose of a First Nations Program Lead is to manage a team of Student Support Officers in addition to ensuring the smooth operation of Mentoring Programs and stakeholder engagement through:
Leading and managing a high performing team – fostering a productive environment, maintaining clear communication, achieving KPI's etc.Taking accountability for program delivery within your regionBuilding and fostering relationships with key stakeholdersMonitoring and maintaining complianceMeasuring and reporting on program outcomesIdentifying risks with programs and opportunitiesAssisting with preparation & delivery of proposals and presentationsVarious ad hoc tasks as requiredA full role profile can be found via broncos.com.au/careers.
To be considered To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
Previous experience in a leadership role with a proven track record leading a high performing teamStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand demands from a diverse demographicExperienced in program coordination, report writing and deliveryExceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to work through conflicting prioritiesUnderstanding of issues impacting First Nations communitiesNote: All applicants must hold a current Drivers License, Blue Card and/or WWCC to be considered.
