Exciting Opportunity - Production Coordination Superstar Wanted!
Due to internal promotion, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Production Coordinator to join our passionate NITV team in 2024.
This role is a key player in ensuring the day-to-day production needs of our teams are met, aligning with SBS's Charter, Vision, and Values, and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
The Role In this role, you will: Provide executive assistant and administration support to the production team.
Roster crew, processing invoices, and booking domestic and international travel.
Maintain production records, transmission reports, and program files.
Obtain licensing agreements and necessary documentation for sourced footage.
Register commercial music details with APRA.
Coordinate transcripts, production run-downs, shoot schedules, call sheets, and credit lists.
Talent coordinate, including running schedules and communication, and engaging external contractors.
About You: Ideally, you will: Be a motivated individual with an eye for detail and a high degree of initiative.
Have an ability to coordinate numerous tasks simultaneously ensures the delivery of high-quality work within set timelines.
Thrive in a deadline-driven broadcast environment, showcasing a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Have experience in media or digital technology, including post-production or media coordination, is essential.
If you've got experience as a production coordinator in a television production environment, that's a big plus!
