Your responsibilities will include conducting syllabus-linked school lessons, interpretive tours, and innovative plant-based art and craft activities. With a keen focus on flexibility and contemporary approaches, you'll ensure that the needs of our target audiences, ranging from 5 to 18 years old, are met. Additionally, you'll participate in program development and evaluation. As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of participants during outdoor excursions, while also assisting with administrative duties and resource management This is an Aboriginal Identified role where Aboriginal identity, cultural knowledge or connections are a genuine aspect of the role. About You You will demonstrate the ability to share your creativity which will be fostered through the development of innovative educational programs and artistic activities that resonate with our diverse audience. You will share a deep understanding and appreciation of various cultures. You'll thrive in working independently, taking ownership of tasks and projects while demonstrating a keen ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team, contributing your unique insights and expertise. Your strong administrative skills will ensure the smooth coordination of program logistics and resource management, allowing you to adapt quickly to evolving needs and learn new approaches to effectively meet educational goals in dynamic environments.Top of Form Essential Requirements This is an Identified role under Section 14d of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 and as such Aboriginality is an essential requirement of the role.
