What will you be doing? Working full time as a Business Trainee, you will learn and develop the skills to become a successful customer advisor.
You will become the first point of contact for customers when they visit the retail branch.
Your duties may include but are not limited to:
Assisting customers with their enquiries whilst providing a positive branch experience.Engage in needs-based conversations with customers.General banking and telling duties: money handling, facilitating transactions and ATM Maintenance.Coaching customers on self-service and digital banking.Assisting customers with opening and closing accounts, fraud and banking transactions.What are we looking for?
