The project and your role We are looking for a skilled WMS Consultant, who has experience in project management and negotiation with end clients. We need someone who can spread this software among the end customers and make their warehouses self-operating.
The goal of the system is to automate the goods processing within a warehouse. It includes placement, picking, and other supplementary processes. The solution covers all types of warehouses from completely manual to 100% automated and robotized, operating 24/7 and supporting various storage conditions such as low-temperature storage, high-bay storage, etc.
Your responsibilities: Perform technical consultations for customers during the pre-sale phase Implementation at the customer's warehouse, the entire duration of the WMS software customization project, and during the commissioning and go-live, for best business implementation of the WMS solution Define the project-specific programming requirements, select between standard and customized functionality of WMS software, and coordinate with the product owner Convert programming requirements into user stories in the project management tool for continuous communication with development Ensure the agile development process is efficient and customer requirements are correctly implemented in terms of business goals Create formal functional specifications Create integration tests and support our customers during the test Experience in WMS consulting-related roles Experience working as a project manager Ability to negotiate project estimates and feasible delivery dates with the customer Management of project scope and negotiation of scope changes Fluency in the English language is a must; German language is nice to have Willingness to go on business trips What we can offer Our modern stack projects are the right mix of exciting and challenging; Gain access to our diverse range of training programs , courses, and certifications; Choose your work style - remote, on-site or hybrid in one of our stunning offices.
