Position Overview We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our team! As the sole HR Leader, you will have the opportunity to build our Human Resources function and develop and create new systems as we prepare to grow our organization and team! Reporting to our CEO, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and intermediate-level HR professional looking to expand and develop as you take your career to an HR Manager role in the near future. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for cultivating and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This position does work within the Hybrid model along with the other team members.
