About Us:
We are a progressive, vertically integrated primary healthcare provider offering a comprehensive array of Medical and Allied healthcare services.
Our Practitioners have direct access to our newly established First Light Active clinical space which includes a Pilates and gym studio with state-of-the-art equipment to assess, diagnose and treat to prevent a wide range of varied health conditions and movement disabilities.

Our Allied Health team consists of Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Women's and Men's Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, Hand Physiotherapist, Dietitian, and Diabetes Educator.

The Role:
First Light Healthcare is seeking a passionate Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Ballina.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about their field of work, with a desire to work alongside their peers in a team environment.
Exercise Physiologists of any stage, including graduates, are encouraged to apply.

Core tasks of the role will include a variety of responsibilities: Manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation, provide genuine collaborative care with GP's, insurers, specialists and other allied health professionals, and monthly check-in services.

Requirements:
Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia) Current professional indemnity insurance Hold a current SIRA Approval Number or be eligible to apply for one Proven experience in developing and implementing exercise programs for patients with chronic diseases and injuries Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations Experience in Occupational Health is preferred but not essential A team approach to the treatment of your clients and to all aspects of your work within the practice, with an ability to work independently Excellent communication skills both written and oral Benefits
