The Position:
Due to the continued growth of the College, we are seeking a suitably qualified First Aid Officer to join our Christ centred community working at our Werribee Campus.
Working two days a week on Thursday and Friday, this is a Fixed Term Maternity Leave position.
The Person:
Education and Experience:
Be a skilled first Aider, with experience in a similar role.
Can maintain the first aid room/facilities, and to treat sick or injured children, and/or sick/injured staff members.
Is able to follow the correct medical emergency policies and procedures. This may include but not limited to liaising with paramedics and families.
Have familiarisation with and recording of specific medical needs of children.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valid WWCC 'E' & Police Check.
Have or be willing to obtain current CPR and First Aid certificates.
