The Role Firesafe are looking for a Project Manager to manage the delivery of projects within our Firesafe Construction (Inground) Division. This role will be based in our Head Office in Bibra Lake.
Duties / Responsibilities Coordinate teams of tradesman, plant operators and T/A's to assist in the installation and commissioning of fire-systems including civil works, buried services, PE piping systems, hydrant and hose-reel, fire system pumps and tanks Plan, schedule and coordinate the delivery of projects on time and on budget Manage project performance and trend reporting Accountability for budgetary and cost control management Ensure all project variations to scope are effectively managed and charged Collate project schedule, work in progress and work completed and report on project progress to construction management Cultivate individual talent and provide mentorship to emerging talent Implement performance management and monitor progress Set high standard of HSEQ compliance for self and encourage others to do the same Proactively participate in the development and implementation of initiatives to improve OH&S risks Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience working within a construction environment, including experience in project, earned value (EVM) and change management processes Developed experience using industry standard cost and scheduling software packages Ability to work in a team environment High level communication, influencing and negotiation skills Autonomy to make decisions and solve problems Additional Information Permanent Full Time Role Company vehicle provided On-site parking Employee Awards Weekly pay cycle Dogs in the office on a Friday Annual Family Day Company EAP Program Ongoing company focus on driving positive company culture Collaborative team environment Contribution towards relocation Don't miss your chance to play a pivotal role in an organization that is experiencing significant long-term growth and with your contribution, will continue this expansion.
