About the role The role provides support to Council's Annual Fire Safety Statement program and the activities of the Fire Safety Team. It is customer-focused, triaging requests and undertaking research for the Fire Safety Officers, providing them with the relevant information to investigate complaints in a timely manner. The role also prepares the administration behind enforcement activities relating to fire safety. In addition, the role will look to improve the customer experience through process improvement and provide training on corporate systems.
As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure that an efficient and effective service is provided and that the outcomes, particularly in the area of Fire Safety, are of a high standard, consistent with Council's Community Strategic Plan deliverables.

Remuneration $80,136.68 - $88,656.36 + 11.5% Superannuation
