Fire and Safety Australia is seeking an experienced ESO Lead for an ongoing role in the oil and gas sector located in South Australia. This is a 2:2 roster, and you will need to be based in Adelaide or Brisbane.
To be considered, you will need to have a heavy background in fire, emergency response, and experience in a leadership role.
About the Role You will be reporting to the Contract Operation Manager and be responsible for supervising and coordinating with emergency response departments as required.
Role will commence early January 2025. Essential Requirements: MR/HR Drivers Licence Certificate IV in Emergency Response Coordination and/or Certificate IV Public Safety Open Circuit Breathing Apparatus Cert IV Firefighting (preferred) Operate 4WD Road Accident Rescue HAZMAT Vertical Rescue Confined Space Rescue Advanced First Aid Current Police Clearance certificate Current Drug and Alcohol Testing Certificate Desired Qualifications: NAFS III - Extinguishing Agent Handling Licence Inspection and servicing of Fire Extinguishers and panels Inspection, Calibration, and Servicing of Gas Detection equipment Servicing of onsite Breathing Apparatus and respirators Aviation Fire Fighting Coxswain Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Australasian Inter-Service Incident Management System (AIIMS) Fire and Safety Australia is a leader in the provision of emergency response and safety training with a true national footprint and client base.
