Fire, Safety and Security Officer (Hervey Bay)An exciting opportunity is currently available for experienced Fire, Safety and Security Officers to join the Operational Services Team at the Hervey Bay Hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity: To provide an effective, efficient and safe support service to staff, clients, and visitors within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service.Implement, maintain and evaluate security procedures which provide security for personnel and buildings within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service.Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).
