The Role Seeking a skilled and reliable Fire Panel Technician to join my client's team.
As a Fire Panel Technician, you will be responsible for the programming, installation, maintenance, testing, and servicing of fire alarm panels and related systems.
The Responsibilities Install, program, maintain, and repair fire alarm panels and associated systems.Conduct routine testing and inspections to ensure fire alarm systems are working efficiently.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with fire alarm panels.Provide clients with expert advice on fire safety and the optimal use of fire alarm systems.Perform system upgrades and ensure compliance with local safety codes and regulations. The Requirements Proven experience as a Fire Panel Technician or in a similar role within the fire safety industry.In-depth knowledge of fire alarm systems, including both hardware and software.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with local fire safety codes and regulations.
